The graph below depicts ReproMed’s IVF/ICSI combined success rates for the 2016, from January through to the end of December, so they are the most up to date statistics available for our clinic.
You will see that they are broken down into “Positive Pregnancy Test” and “Clinical Pregnancy Rate”. The Clinical Pregnancy Rate is recorded at 8 weeks when we have detected a fetal heart beat with ultrasound scan.
The age brackets displayed on the X-axis are those of the female partner. Female age is an important factor in the assessment and treatment of infertility since female fertility naturally declines with age. Isolating different age groups gives our patients a more accurate idea of what their chances of success could be when undergoing IVF or ICSI. The success rates depicted are per embryo transfer and include both Day 3 and Day 5 (blastocyst) transfers.
As our clinicians will stress to you, we treat every individual who comes through our doors as unique: they have different medical histories and different reasons why they need our help. At your consultation, our team will outline the most appropriate treatment for you to maximise your chances of achieving a healthy pregnancy.
