Originally from Argentina, Dr. Florencia graduated in Medicine at Buenos Aires University in 2002. She moved to Barcelona soon afterwards where she completed 4 years of training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

In 2007 she started to work in a well-renowned fertility clinic in Barcelona. She was promoted to Director of the embryo donation program and a leader for minor surgery. Looking for a new challenge, she moved to Ireland in 2015, becoming a Consultant in male factor, endometriosis and genetics in an Irish fertility clinic.

Florencia’s research interests reflect her personal approach to tailoring treatment to each patient’s clinical and personal needs. She acknowledges the importance of the desire to build a family whilst empathising with patients who struggle to conceive, guiding them not only clinically but also emotionally.

Dr. Florencia speaks fluent English and Spanish.
